1. General Policy

Due to the nature of recruitment services, all payments made to Talentinger are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Our time, expertise, and resources are allocated immediately upon engagement to ensure quality and speed of delivery.

2. Refund Eligibility

We may issue refunds only under specific conditions, such as:

• Duplicate payments made in error

• Service not delivered due to a fault on our part (e.g., scheduling failure)

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase or service booking — if no work has commenced

Refunds are not applicable in cases where:

• You change your mind after project kickoff

• You decide not to use part or all of the service after it has begun

• A candidate leaves or is terminated after placement unless covered under a signed replacement guarantee

3. Recruitment Guarantee (If Applicable)

If your service agreement includes a replacement guarantee, and a candidate resigns or is terminated within a specific period (e.g., 30–90 days), Talentinger will provide one free replacement — but no monetary refunds will be issued unless otherwise agreed in the contract.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under eligible circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of the issue via:

5. Refund Processing Time
